Very pleased by the service. Nahid ( Phonetic spelling?) Was prompt, very professional, very knowledgeable and I must say very intelligent. My icemaker water hose in the back of my refrigerator sprung a leak, although very small, consistent. He purchased a steel braided hose, replaced it and gave excellent advice on the long-term condition of my wooden floor where the leak occurred. They even look for a replacement filter for my will cold water dispenser, which I originally told them to not worry about. He concluded the work leaving my kitchen clean and well ordered as if nothing had happened. Can’t ask for better!

I had a punctured drainage hose on my LG washer. Instead of charging a $300 service fee to send a technician out, Rovshan did a video call with me. He diagnosed the issue and helped me fix it myself. He was more interested in earning trust than overcharging for a simple problem. I will definitely be calling him when my appliances need repairs next time!

Our dryer started making noises, and I knew a bearing was failing. I was able to schedule an initial check with Rovshan and his team easily via their website, and they arrived on time. They did not have the replacement parts in stock, but I had ordered a repair kit myself that they installed a few days later. We couldn’t test the repairs immediately, so later when an issue was found they came out the next day to resolved it and now everything is working great again. Very friendly workers and overall pretty easy process. Good value for the money!
