We used Sebastian’s Appliance to repair our GE Cafe slide in range. The igniter had failed. He diagnosed the problem on Wednesday, ordered the part and installed it next day. Sebastian was prompt, fast and courteous. I highly recommend this business.

Sebastian came the very next day and fixed my oven. He had to leave after diagnostics to retrieve the required part, and came back within a few hours to complete the job. Extremely knowledgeable, efficient and professional. Great communication. Highly recommend!!!

He came out this morning as scheduled. I told him I would not be home but my husband would. He arrived and took the oven apart. Gave us the cost. Husband told him he’d be paying by card. He said he wouldn’t take a card and wanted cash or check. He did not tell me that or I’d have left the checkbook with hubby. He stormed out leaving the oven parts strewn around the kitchen. NEVER AGAIN! How rude! And he did tell.my husband as he stormed out that he would not come out to us again!

Highly recommend Sebastian Appliance repair. My washer wasn’t working and I called to make an appointment to have it looked at. He came the next morning and was able to fix it same day. He is very knowledgeable and could tell me what was wrong almost immediately just by looking at my washer. Very professional and affordable. We will definitely use Sebastian again for any Appliance repairs.

I had the best experience. I reached out on Sunday and he came by on Tuesday. Prior to coming by, he asked for the model number and a description of the noise my dryer was making. When he arrived, he quickly found the broken part that was making the noise. He replaced it and was off in less than 45 minutes. I recommend this business. Great service!
