Hotel has been good, for a stay. The staff are helpful and friendly, as a single woman I have had the pleasure of staying near the staff who work and live here. They’re always ready to greet with a smile, whether they are on the clock or off. Maintenance and the front desk are ready to fix any issue including my refrigerator that stopped working mid stay, at a late period in the night so I would not lose my groceries.

I’m glad to have found this place.

Be careful of this hotel… I did get this hotel at a good price, at first. By the time it was all done, I could have stayed at a nice hotel. They took my whole deposit because of a stain on the sheet. The sheets were dirty because we were there 3 nights but nothing out of the ordinary. Not stained. (Mind you, they don’t offer housekeeping at all.) I called to try and talk to the boss. They told me to call back in 30min. I did. They ignored all calls. I had to call from a different number to get the front desk to answer. And they still wouldn’t let me talk to him, and told me to call in the morning. I called in the morning. Still nothing.
I tried to do a walk thru when I was leaving. The front desk lady told me it’s OK. We will put money back on the card. ( Later on, I confronted her about it, and she said they don’t do walk thru with guests.)

I’m a housekeeper. And cleaned that room before leaving. I’m very upset and feel like I got scammed.

Not to mention, all ice machines broke, and the vending machine broke. Iron missing. Rooms not cleaned well.
