I stayed here for a one-night business trip after trying the Courtyard next door, and it was a noticeable step up in comfort.
The suite layout is fantastic—having a completely separate living room and bedroom area made the stay feel much less cramped. The entire room and kitchen area were immaculately clean. While I only used the coffee maker during my short stay, the full kitchen setup is great to have. I also slept well and didn’t feel the need to use earplugs here.
The only reasons it’s a 4-star stay instead of a 5 are minor signs of age and room placement. My room was on the first floor near what felt like a staff/employee area, so there was a bit of loud foot traffic and noise until later in the evening. Additionally, the refrigerator was quite loud and sounded like it was nearing the end of its lifespan.
Overall, it’s a very clean, comfortable, and reliable choice for a business trip. I would gladly stay here again, though next time I will request a higher floor away from the ground-level traffic.
So we paid for a one bedroom suite for 2 nights. Neither burner on the stove worked and there was no power to the garbage disposal. I notified the front desk the night we arrived, they apologized and said that Someone would get to it first thing in the morning. We were down there for youth football and cheerleading so we didn’t have a lot of time to deal with things and should not have been having to. No one responded to me , of course or fixed any of the issues. I left a note upon checkout with all of the issues that we had noticed throughout our stay. A stain on a bed maid to be fresh, a light not working in the bathroom, no stove, disposal, poor sink repair etc. When leaving I was told that the first thing, the following day the manager would get ahold of me.This never happened either.I called to follow up and have given the manager additional time but still no response. So I’m leaving my review and going to post pictures.I wish I could post the video but my phone will not allow it. The room smelled horrible it was dirty. The sink that had been repaired with some kind of epoxy or caulk where the bowl broke out. Things that you shouldn’t see in a residence inn!! This is not supposed to be motel 6There were way to many issues!
We were visiting from SoCal and needed a two bedroom suite. This place was perfect. The staff addressed our needs. When an emergency hospital visit extended our stay and we needed an accessible room they fixed us up. Eric, at the front desk, allowed us to checkout at 2 PM, not noon, so that the accessible room residents could check out at noon. He worked with housekeeping to have them immediately turn the accessible room around so we could just move in at 2 PM. When the nature of our injury suggested that a lobby chair would help with the pain they let us put it in our room. A great place to stay.
This place is definitely five stars. The staff is super friendly helpful and supportive. We were displaced due to a house fire and they have been so wonderful. The breakfast is better than any hotel I’ve ever been to. I’ve been to a lot being a military wife and traveling across the country multiple times. They are very accommodating and friendly. The rooms are big and feature a full kitchen with options of stove or no stove. The two bedroom suites come with a fireplace. The lobby is warm and welcoming. If you have the money it’s worth it.

Location and room rooms are terrible. Customer service is fine. Definitely not what I expect out of a Marriott property.
