Check in was at 3 and they said they had no king rooms available for 5-60 minutes then a group of 4 adults came in and one guy upgraded to a king right away and the other got a king room. When I went to ask the lady at the front what’s wrong she said she had forgotten because she got rushed, even though we were waiting in the lobby and the customers were very calm and not rushing her at all. I also traveled 12 hours to get here and for them to give up a room to two other people is unbelievable. I’m usually patient but having the excuse of being “rushed” is insane. They’re was also no compensation at all.

The property is nice. Rooms seem like they’ve been upgraded recently. Teri really turned the visited into a memorable one. Her attitude and willingness to help out really made our stay. Keep up the great work Teri.

Rooms were clean and smelled fresh. They had special touches like making a flower with toilet paper they stuck to the roll hanging on the top holder. They shaped the wash cloths into hearts . Just little things that I noticed. Location was perfect forealking to enjoy night life on the weekend if you are into going to a bar for a drink or a restaurant for a bite to eat and a combo of both should that be what you are wanting. Perfect for family travel and for singles or couples who have no kids or are out for much needed weekend with 1out the kidos. Rooms are reasonably priced and beds are very comfy I will definitely be booking my room with them on my next trip to Chico.
