Hands down the best appliance repair service I have ever experienced in my life! Response was fast, appointment was the next day, and he showed up right on time. Jacob diagnosed the problem in minutes and parts were ordered immediately. Had to wait a little over a week for the parts to be delivered but the follow-up appointment was already scheduled and in less than an hour Jacob had my dishwasher running as good as new! Excellent attention to detail and even re-leveled it for me! Service was covered by warranty, so I can’t share anything on the cost, but the repair was fantastic! I can highly recommend Lake Appliance Repair.

Horrible company. First red flag should be that they only communicate via text. We got a brand new Whirlpool range when it started to display an error code the first time we turned it on. Contacted whirlpool who sent Lake out. The guy that came was a young man with no communication skills. No idea how to talk to people. We told him what error code showed, and spent 10 minutes at our house saying it wasn’t there and nothing was showing. Okayyyy… so a couple days pass and the same error code shows, we get video and pictures. Guy comes back out, spends FIVE MINUTES turning on the stove, says no error code. I showed him the photos and video, it’s like he didn’t believe me? He said to turn the oven on for an hour and see if it pops up, then left. 20 minutes after he left the code popped up again. I texted the company numerous times asking to come back out, and saying I have yet another video of the error code, got no response. Wouldn’t recommend them to someone I hated.

I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by Lake Appliance, particularly by Jacob. His communication was excellent, and he thoroughly diagnosed the issue and completed the repair efficiently. This is my third experience with Lake Appliance Repair, and I have been consistently pleased with their service each time!

Exceptional service! First, I was able to get an appointment within two days. The process to make an appointment was super easy, via text. Then, the guys showed up on time and were courteous and professional. Very clean cut guys. They quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable. I contacted two other services prior and they told me I would need a new dishwasher. I am forever a fan of Lakeside Appliance Repair.

From the moment Raymond called to inform us of his approximate arrival, I could tell from his message that he was a thoughtful person. His demeanor at our home was gracious and professional at the same time, not the usual attitude we have experienced from other techs. We are in our 80’s so that means a lot! He was very thorough and we could tell from the moment he started work that he intended to do a thorough job, not just rush through to get out the door. And in fact that is what he did, he went the extra mile to be sure we had no problems going forward and even explained to us how the problem was created. If we need a service call from Lake Appliance again I hope they will send Raymond!!
