To whom it may concern, I’m extremely disappointed with my recent stay. I found bed bugs on the bed and woke up with multiple bites. I had to throw away all my clothes, and the proposed resolution of just moving rooms and offering 50% off is not acceptable. I expect a full explanation and appropriate compensation. Please advise next steps for documenting this complaint and how you will address it.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The price was very reasonable, and it offered excellent value for the money. The room was always cleaned according to my preferences, which I really appreciated. A special shout-out to Vicky at the front desk. He was incredibly kind, professional, and made extending my stay quick and hassle-free. His helpful attitude really made my experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to others.

Stayed here Mar 28, 2026. Check In was great, the staff person was nice and expedient. I asked how much late check out was. He asked for how long and I said just an hour (until 12p). He said he’d do it free. In the morning at 1145 some lady called the room phone, no greeting, just said ‘check out was 11. I explained that the check in guy said I could stay till 12. She paused, said ok, snd hung up.
Took my things to my car, returned to grab a second load, key didn’t work.
Emailed the company and got no response.
Stayed at a different hotel when I came back.

Our family and the kids grandparents stayed here for 4 nights. We both booked separately one directly and one third party and check in was easy and fast! Parking is $10 a night. The complimentary hot breakfast was so convenient, the kids had options to choose from and was a great start to each day.
It was fairly quiet but you can hear outside road noise. The doors slam shut, which was kind of loud but it didn’t bother us. The beds were nice, not too hard and not too soft. The rooms were really cold and the curtains were great at keeping the room dark.
The front desk was always nice, and housekeeping was upon request only. Which we didn’t need everyday just after two days to clean out the trash and get new towels.
The location is very convenient with target up the road and LOTS of restaurants nearby.
We look forward to staying here again.

Vicky is very personable with impeccable customer service. Upon arriving he greeting me and quickly assisted me with checking into my reservation. Explained all the amenities this hotel had to offer and helped with an explaining how to get to my room.
This hotel is very clean and I’d definitely recommend anyone that needs a hotel for a few nights to stay here. I’ll definitely come back for work trips.
