I have Traveled from San Francisco to Redding California 7- moves in last 3 months. And my Hostess Tess Tilev at Hampton Inn in Chico Treated me The Best of All Of All Places I stayed at. Tess set me up in a very quality room with great accommodations and location with easy access to my vehicle. She answered All My Questions with Professional Kindness and Knowledge. I wish Tess was my concierge at every place I had visited during work. She was Amazing and a Great Access to any Hilton . She made me feel at Home

Excellent front desk staff. Tess was especially helpful in accommodating me with a special request. The housekeeper on our floor was also helpful and courteous. The facility was clean and well maintained. Highly recommend staying here and I will return.

I’ve stayed at the Hampton Inn in Chico quite a few times now, and it’s become my go-to hotel whenever I’m in town. One thing I always notice is how clean and well-kept the property is. The curb appeal is fantastic, and it always gives a great first impression when I pull in.
The rooms are consistently clean, comfortable, and in great condition. Everything works, everything is where it should be, and I always have everything I need for my stay. It’s one of those places where you don’t have to worry about the little things because they clearly take pride in maintaining the hotel.
The breakfast is another highlight. It’s always well-stocked, fresh, and has a great variety. I’ve never had to deal with empty trays or missing items, which seems to happen at a lot of other hotels.
The biggest reason I keep coming back, though, is the staff. Everyone I’ve interacted with has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful. You can tell they care about the guests and want you to have a great experience.
Overall, this is one of the best hotels I’ve stayed at in Chico. It’s clean, comfortable, well-managed, and the team does an outstanding job. I’ll definitely keep staying here whenever I’m in the area.
Btw, location by the mall makes it fun as well

I had a wonderful experience when I came in from out of state I was kind of in a mess and Sean at the front made it a very comfortable experience for me and my pups, you need to give him a raise, all the staff that was there was very professional and kind, extremely accommodating. I definitely recommend this inn and suites by far! Next time im in the area thats where ill be staying! 8 stars if I could!. Carrie Sattler

Best hotel experience I have had in Chico. Nice new facilities. Room is clean new and spacious. Everything works well. Room is quiet so you can get a good night’s sleep. The AC is not so loud that it keeps you awake all night. The towels are nice and very absorbing.
