Forrest Appliance Repair came out to Sparks to evaluate our broken dishwasher. Our repair man, Bryan, was really thorough and very straightforward with us about his findings, his experience with similar repairs, recommendations, and how to move forward. We got a quote from the office really quickly and were able to make a decision about what to do! While we didn’t move forward with the repair, and just decided to replace the dishwasher, the clear communication and honesty, and really good recommendations helped us massively to make a decision. We really, really appreciated the work and conversation from you guys!

Our cloths dryer was not heating up and a Forrest Appliance Tech determined that our Samsung heater element was broken. The heating element part was ordered. After almost 3 weeks the part had not shown up. We followed up with Forrest Appliance and it looked like the part was lost after 3 weeks of waiting. Forrest told us they would order a larger part that contained our part and expedite it over night. They would also not charge us for the expanded replacement part, just the heater element. They overnight-ed the part, replaced it the next day and our dryer is working. So while there was a problem with the replacement part (not Forrest’s fault) the way the handled it was great. Sometimes to evaluate a company it is not how they fix what they should fix but how they respond when things (not in their control) go wrong. I would have given them 5 stars but they should have a better feedback system to determine when something order is not showing (3 weeks) up when it should.

I am very grateful, Forrest Repair was recommended by my neighbor to repair my 1-1/2 year old Frigidaire Refrigerator. (Of course, 6 months past warranty, and who buys the extended warranties?)
Five Stars From the moment they answered the phone to the moment their Lead Technician, Chris left my home. Fees were reasonable, less than expected.
From the moment the receptionist answered the phone in a very upbeat and friendly manner, showed genuine concern for my failed refrigerator, she actually “heard my desperate need” to get the refrigerator fixed as soon as possible. I knew I called the right place.
Although the first scheduled opening to repair was three days away, I was on a “wait list.” Within an hour, I was notified the repair man could arrive soon. Immediately following that call, the repair technician, Chris, called and said he could be here in 10 minutes! Chris arrived with all his tools, very kind, professional, friendly and knowledgeable. He talked me through everything he was doing to trouble shoot the issue. Discovering it was a malfunctioning defroster timer, he happened to have one in his truck. My lucky day! The fees were very reasonable and I will definitely refer this company to anyone needing repairs. And I will definitely call them again when the need arises.

Forest Appliance did a great job repairing our microwave and refrigerator, they consolidated the troubleshooting for both appliances into one appointment for troubleshooting and did the same for the repairs. They are courteous, professional and punctual. Great experience, I definitely recommend them for appliance repair.
