I want to give this guy more then 5 stars if I could! Eddie was very knowledgeable and friendly & honest. My dryer was making a odd noise yesterday and I called him this morning and he came within the hour to come take a look at it/fix the issue. Thankfully nothing was broken or needed replacing all it needed was a good cleaning of all the lint the accumulation (which he vacuumed up) & he discovered something had got caught within the dryer so that was where the noise is coming from. Overall I appreciate his honesty and time & him telling me that he was not going to up sell me any parts that weren’t needed which I highly appreciate! So thank you again Eddie! 10/10. I highly recommend them to anyone that needs any of their appliances repaired!

The fan in the refrigerator section of our unit stopped cooling while the bottom freezer was working properly. I called Eddy’s Appliance Repair in Fairfield early on a Sunday and to my surprise he answered, and on the first ring, too! He had the part in his inventory and offered to come out the next day!! His price was refreshingly reasonable and he clearly explained what caused the problem. He quickly installed the part and wrote the receipt in detail, clearly, legibly and provided all the information that should be on a receipt for both his own record and mine. He was very conversational while telling us about the service records of various brands. I feel very confident that he gave us exceptional service.
