Recently, the company i work for had to move all 48 residents of our apartment complex into Best Western Heritage Inn due to major repairs to the building. The staff here has been top notch. Super attentive, extremely polite and helpful, and have shown my tenants so much grace and positivity. I have lived in Chico over 40 years and never stayed here, so for my first time i was so pleasantly surprised due to it can be a crap shoot whenever staying at a new hotel. Best Western did not disappoint. Destinee, Angela, Sara and the other lady who’s name has left my adhd brain, ALL of them were a pleasure to be around and if I am ever asked to recommend a hotel in Chico to anyone, this will be my recommendation. Side note: Breakfast is BOMB. Thank you Best Western Heritage Inn. You have made what could have been a stressful situation pleasant and enjoyable. You rock!
And to the cleaning team, thank you for keeping the place looking good. Maintenance, i know you showed all my people love, especially my tenant in 101… thank you!

The hospitality here was wonderful. The staff members were attentive, friendly, and always ready to offer great recommendations for local activities and dining. Our room was clean, spacious, and the bed was very comfortable. Parking was also convenient. The amenities, including the pool, fitness center, and lounge area, were well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast was also very good. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to the Chico area!

Excellent hotel! Management and ALL staff are professional, helpful, warm, and cheerful Rooms are very clean: the sheets and towels are 100% cotton. Confidently our most comfortable stop traveling down highway 5 or 99.

The hotel was pretty hard to find as it’s on a side street behind a closed Kmart. Once found it had plenty of parking and was suprisingly quiet for being right off the freeway. The rooms were nice and the mattress was firm. Asked for a quiet room and would suggest first floor rooms 102-106, there was a large group of families with kids playing baseball and despite this we slept soundly. The breakfast was good although I missed the lack of cooked, fresh oatmeal. They did have the packets so that was good. Had nice assortment of breads and make your own waffles, eggs, bacon, potatoes, cereal and yogurt. The front desk was friendly, rooms were clean and would recommend a stay here.

the hotel is hidden and the arrow by their sign on the side of the road is key.
    staff were all very nice.
no frills, basic room, shower head did not move around, but my experience was quiet and pretty comfy although the bed was somewhat squeaky.
breakfast was hot, full and good.
I’m always going to express issue with playing the news, local or not, during breakfast.
    would i return?
sure, but I’d do some comparing of reviews and breakfast first.
