Sergey did an OUTSTANDING job with our dishwasher. He was quick to arrive within the estimated window, and got straight to work. After listening to my explanation of the problem and the steps I’d already taken, he zeroed in on the problem almost immediately and had a detailed explanation ready. He was even able to hand repair some of the electronics rather than just replace the part! The cost for the diagnostics (which is waived if you choose to pay for repairs) was lower than the competition, too. I saved their phone number so I can call again the next time we have any issues.

I called Sergey, Monday morning around an issue with our washing machine and he promptly showed up later in the afternoon and quickly got around to diagnosing the issue. He special ordered the rubber gasket that I wanted replaced and suggested that it would be better to do both at the same time to save on labor. Next day Sergey messaged me that he would be there later in the day and took care off everything within the hour. Our house keeper has run a couple of laundry loads today and mentioned everything is working well. Sergey was prompt and very reasonable in his rates. 5 stars for his service.

Sergey was awesome as always. We had used him to fix our dishwasher a few months back. He gave me his opinions and options on what directions I could take with my broken refrigerator. That’s the problem when you buy all your appliances at the same time they all start breaking down about the same time too.
Bonus that he was dog friendly with my crazy doggies. Double bonus was that it didn’t cost a arm and a leg for the diagnostic.
