I am beyond disappointed with my sandwich today at the bottle shop. People don’t know that sliced sourdough bread doesn’t work with the large option of a sandwich. I ordered a large on sliced sourdough and got a regular size sandwich when I ask the guy at the counter if this was the size of a large sandwich he said no cuz it’s on sourdough but they put extra meat on it?? That doesn’t make the value of the sandwich equal to a large it just makes it messier and I couldn’t even eat it because it was falling apart. He didn’t offer to make another sandwich for me in the correct size He just acted like it was fine. So just so you know don’t order your sandwich on sliced anything if you want a large size sandwich. I would have liked to have my money back but I was too shocked and disappointed to argue with the guy so I just left but for how much those sandwiches cost there is no justification in just putting a little bit more meat on the sandwich. It’s truly lame how they give you three options sizes of sandwiches and all of the options of different breads but they don’t have anywhere on the form that informs you that if you choose sliced bread it will not be the largest size. I’m so disappointed. I definitely won’t be going back there with that kind of customer service. I used to love that place.

I’ve been grabbing sandwiches at the bottle shop for over 20 years. This place somehow seems to get better with age in a world where everything is deteriorating rapidly. The sandwiches are somehow better than I remember every time, the staff is friendly and efficient. The store is incredibly clean and well maintained. I greatly appreciate the bottle shop and their ability to be consistently excellent.

Wow I was not expecting to find such a great sandwich spot in the middle of Ukiah CA, but let me tell you this place was great! The shopping center location looked a little rough, I was not sure what I was getting into, but I am glad I didn’t let it change my mind. Fantastic bread options including Dutch crunch and many more, loads of meat and other options as well. I will be coming here again any time I am in the area, do not hesitate to try this place out, you will not be disappointed.
