We stopped at A&M BBQ on our way home from a large project in Sonoma County, and when we saw the line out the door, I figured it had to be good. But I had no idea it was going to be that good!

We ordered the 3-meat platter with brisket, smoked turkey, and ribs, and every bite was incredible. The brisket was tender, the smoked turkey was full of flavor, and the ribs were some of the best I’ve had. We also tried the garlic beef sausage—WOW! Absolutely delicious.

The customer service was just as impressive as the food. Finn, the manager, checked on us several times, made us feel welcome, and even vacuum-sealed our leftovers since we had a long drive home. That level of service really stood out. As a bonus, we received a complimentary banana pudding because it was our first visit, and it was the perfect way to end an amazing meal.

We loved it so much that we brought food home to enjoy again later. A&M BBQ has earned customers for life. We’ll definitely be stopping by every time we’re in the area. Highly recommend!

Second time coming to AM BBQ and they absolutely don’t miss. I’ve lived in Austin, Texas, so I don’t say this lightly, this BBQ is just as good as many of the top spots in Texas and easily worth the drive.

The brisket is incredible, perfect bark, juicy, tender, and packed with flavor. Every meat we tried was on point, and the sides are just as good (which is rare for a BBQ spot). You can tell everything is made with care and attention to detail.

What really stood out was the hospitality. The owner is super friendly, takes pride in the craft, and even took the time to show us the pits. That level of passion really shows in the food.

The place is also very clean, the staff is welcoming, and the whole experience feels authentic.

If you’re serious about BBQ, this is one of the best spots around. I’ll definitely be back again.

Brisket: a classic done so well
Jalapeño cheddar sausage: fun take on a sausage, great meatiness, recommend.
Oxtail: worth working on the bone for, smoky meaty, rich.
Pork ribs: melts off the bone and the muted saltiness of the meat gives you the opportunity to color your flavor palate however you want with their sauce.

The collard greens, Mac and cheese, jalapeño cornbread, and baked beans were solid side choices. For two people two got 2x two meat combos. The owners are dope, vibes are great, and highly recommend you visit!

Also: their potato salad is fresh, perfectly seasoned and less mayo forward to cut the fat of the meat. Their hit is probably their turkey which was so moist, we’ll be getting for thanksgiving!
