Do NOT. Book the ADA rm 109. It is NOT ADA compliant.
Rollin shower has a 3″ bump you have to roll over. This is NOT a roll in shower.
The water shoots out on to the floor which becomes EXTREMELY slippery. The beds are not at the height for someone who is in a wheelchair. It is extremely high.
Plus, this room is a smoking room. No ADA compliant rollin shower in a none smoking room.
The only good thing was the handicap parking is right in front of the door.
Pretty close to the 101. Thought it would be noisy but wasn’t.. Plenty of parking, room was clean, shower/water pressure was awesome and seemed safe for a solo traveler/woman. Breakfast was simple: bagels, cream cheese, fresh fruits, waffles you can toast and beverages
I had a very bad experience at SureStay. I was staying there, and yesterday they did not let me back into my room. They also locked the laundry area while my belongings were inside. The front desk staff were extremely rude and used profanity toward me, which was completely unprofessional and unacceptable.
The situation became so bad that the police were called. With the help of the police, I was finally able to get my personal belongings from the room and from the laundry area, and then I left the hotel.
This was one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The staff treated me with no respect, and I did not feel comfortable or safe there. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
stayed here with a last minute reservation, the price was right and the reviews looked good. clean, large and comfortable rooms, although they were a little “worn”. the beds were clean and very comfortable. the hotel was right off the freeway and easy to get to. reception was pleasant and easy. one downside.. the chainlock in one of our rooms was not securely attached, but the deadbolts worked so… we didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t speak to that but the coffee was good. all in all, a decent place to stay
Stayed here for work otherwise I would stay somewhere else.
The rooms are clean . The 101 is directly behind the hotel so it is a little bit of a noisy stay but it is tolerable. Staff is super nice and accommodating. Not a bad place to stay and the pricing is fair. The breakfast is minimal. But I was spoiled the previous 4 months at hotels with on-site restaurants.
I personally dont care for the town but that is a personal issue. Recommend the hotel
