Great location, staff very friendly and accommodating, room very clean, quiet, and comfy beds. The only odd thing is, there is an off site virtual front desk that answers if you try to call the front desk for info. I don’t know the point of this, as they don’t know anything about the property, tell you that you need to call the real front desk later, and they are very hard to understand and a bit abrasive lol. Aside from that bit of strangeness (which is actually funny), this is a wonderful stay and would 100% stay here again!

First sleep Best I’ve gotten in weeks!
Finally a soft bed with very soft sheets. Much nicer than any of the independent hotels in Crescent city CA or Gold Beach OR.
Love that the room has plenty of TV channels & moderate size TV.
if you check in late at night then you have to use the kiosk.
The cons: the thermostat you can’t force the wall unit to be fan only, like other super 8 & holiday inn hotels that have the same Verdant wall thermostat.
The toilet is just a standard round toilet and not elongated. Wish the room had more towels
But overall I’ve had one of the best stays in weeks.

It was fine. Our room was adequate and the staff was very nice, especially Max, who helped to check us in. I used to always stay in super eights because I knew the breakfast would be good. Apparently that is not the case anymore. They actually said that since Covid they stopped doing any hot breakfasts. Unfortunate. Now, it’s just cereal and bread.

I recently stayed at Super 8 by Wyndham Fort Bragg and was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it looks like an older motel, and I was concerned it might be dated or run down inside. Fortunately, that wasn’t the case at all. The rooms were clean, cozy, updated, and very comfortable.
The room had everything I needed, including a safe, refrigerator, microwave, TV, and plenty of hot water. The beds were comfortable, the bedding was soft, and there were lots of fluffy pillows that made for a great night’s sleep.
Max at check-in was exceptionally friendly, welcoming, and helpful. He made a great first impression. Unfortunately, my experience with the front desk staff the following day wasn’t nearly as positive.
The biggest disappointment was the breakfast. The selection was extremely limited, with only a couple of cereals, milk, bread, jelly, and a toaster. There was no butter available. The fruit didn’t look very fresh, and the pastry options were a croissant and a cold brownie bite. The coffee was good, although there wasn’t much creamer available.
Despite the underwhelming breakfast, I would absolutely stay here again. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and well-equipped, and the overall value for the money was excellent. If you’re looking for an affordable place to stay in Fort Bragg, this is a solid choice.

Very friendly reception service, separate thanks for all advice on what is open late and where to eat. Great rooms and beds with fitted sheets, great shower and breakfast. Air conditioner is noiseless, which was great. Rented two queen beds room on the second floor – no bad odors, very fresh and comfortable! Great price and location!
