We get pizza there once a week..I have to say working retail.. They are Rude and condiscending .!!!

Two associates both women were rude and treated my husband horrible. This isn’t the first time .

Will never order from the clearlake location again, staff was too busy chatting to pay attention to customers. Watched one girl stand with a waiting customers pizza 5ft from the counter talking to he coworker for a good 3 min before turning around and calling the custo.ers name. We called our order in a good 40 min before I arrived and was told 5 min, 20min later my order was ready…. also did not have the 2l soda we ordered. Instead of walking over to the Safeway and purchasing one (like every other pizza joint would have) they offered me it in cups from the fountain machine… really 2l of soda in cups?
Never again.

Like I get your young and can’t understand things but when we say half red sauce and kill it with tripple pepperoni what is this ?? Can’t even see a layer of red sauce haha let’s add extra cheese ??

Just 2 people on a Saturday night is not enough workers. Every part of my experience was effected by low stsffing. Appetizer/side of bacon cheese fries came out way after the pizza.
There’s better places to go for pizza.

There was a huge amount of people eating here so the wait was a little long, but understandable. We ordered spicy chicken wings, garlic fries (Amazing) and two pizzas. Everything was fresh. You could taste how fresh the mushrooms were. We will be coming back
