Mark has been absolutely amazing to work with! He is incredibly experienced in Sea Ranch and helped us find our dream home. His deep knowledge of the area really stood out, especially when he proactively explained things that are unique to Sea Ranch and not common elsewhere, such as which homes use septic versus sewer systems. These were things we would not have known to ask about on our own.
During showings, Mark was extremely patient and gave us plenty of time to explore each house, take videos, and really get a feel for the space. At the same time, he was great at pointing out features and considerations that were specific to each home and the area. After we made an offer, Mark moved very quickly and efficiently, drafting paperwork and counteroffers without delay.
