My food was supposed to be ready within 15-20 minutes. Showed up 35 minutes later and it wasn’t ready yet. It wasn’t ready because the oven had broken. They fixed it within 5 minutes of me being there and then I had to wait 15 minutes for my pizza.

Staff were nice enough but because they’ve farmed out phone orders to a third world country, there’s no communication between the store and customers. It would have been nice to know the oven was down when I called. I could have planned accordingly.

Worst of all, I asked if I could be comped something for my inconvenience but the staff told me the owners don’t like to do stuff like that. I have nothing against the staff but between using a call center in another country and not valuing my time, ownership clearly doesn’t care about its customers.

Absolutely horrendous service and lacj of knowledge! I called and ordered, was given cost amount. Then, call dropped, you had my credit card number. I phoned back, no one had heard of my order. I ordered again, and was given a different cost amount +$5.41. I canceled order, and will not return! I go there all the time and get salad.
