Great experience! The gentleman working at the front desk on August 6th around 10 PM was incredibly friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, I don’t remember his name, but he helped us find the perfect room based on my requests and showed us where we could park our vehicle with a trailer. He made the whole check-in process so easy and comfortable. We really appreciated his excellent customer service. Thank you!

When I checked in the room was filled with dead bugs. Window was wide open, no screen, about 95 degrees inside the room. 2nd floor hallways were a constant 85-90.
Bed frame is on wheels and moves around like crazy. Leaning against the wall with pillows opens a big gap behind the bed.
Got charged for dirty towels cause I stayed for 4 nights and they were never replaced after each night. I would stay somewhere else if I was you.

The rooms look clean but smell gross my kids bumped the bed and toys went under the couch and it was filthy gross under the bed behind the bed and behind the couch.
Then I was told with the response well ur not supposed to move the bed or the couch.
I paid for 2 weeks here and they refuse to give me any discount ur better off paying 30 more and staying at holiday in
Watch out for the spider eggs in the room.
The owner and the assistant manager have to much attitude and are rude.
Everyone else was amazing and nice and sweet.

Rooms were dirty, stains on the sheets, they didn’t change the toilet paper, shower had dirt in it. The pool was ice cold, we couldn’t even swim in it. Went down to breakfast at 9:03 and they already put all of it away!! Front desk ladies are very rude as well. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever stayed in and I will not be coming back.
