Absolutely love Nou Nous! Their potstickers and their teriyaki chicken fried rice are so good! Great portions and it’s just absolutely delicious. It’s my go to for Friday night markets in the summer or any weekday I’m in eureka and can stop by for lunch.

Nou Nous has been dedicated to our community, stepping in to feed people after local natural disasters and donating to local nonprofits.

Tried for the first time recently and the chicken teriyaki was very good.
It reminds me of excellent fried rice, tender chicken and a delicious miso sauce.

Absolutely delicious ramen and fried rice, especially with their special fried rice sauce. Focused menu with rotating specials. Fast and efficient service. Food comes in reusable containers which is nice.

These bowls are to die for! Not a red-meat person, but the filet mignon bowl was incredible, and I love the chicken and shrimp bowls as well. The fried rice bowl plus potstickers is also a fabulous meal. Can’t wait to try their salmon special and hope they’re at Humboldt Cider Co again soon!
