My wife and I contacted Greg about purchasing the local movie theater. It was a long shot since we had never owned a theater before. It is also a big building with a lot of moving parts.
Greg was incredible in leading us through the complex transaction. We had financing from a local gov, we had a 1031 exchange and it was all going to take about 4 months. Every step of the way Greg was with us even when those unexpected moments happened.
Now we own the movie theater and are really enjoying our communities support. We could not have done it without Greg and his team. Thank you.

This is a long time coming….We found Mendo Sothebys many years ago when we bought a commercial property. Later on we bought a home and then later still we sold our commercial business/property. All using Mendo Sothebys. Any problems we ran into, or questions we had, were handled professionally, honestly and with patience. While living here we also managed a mixed use property that had multiple parcels both inside and out of the Coastal Zone. It also had communal water and septic systems and Highway 1 running thru it. We were asked by the property owner who we recommended and we sent them to Greg Burke. The owners were very pleased with the outcome. We always recommend Mendo Sothebys. We have been very happy with the support and service we have received on all matters Real Estate. Going forward we would only use Mendo Sothebys.

My husband and I were referred to Mendo Sotheby Realty for some property we were selling. Greg was amazing. He and his team were very professional throughout the entire sales process. He went above and beyond to get in depth details ironed out on a tricky sale. I will definitely use them again.

Meg Wilson is what you want in a professional. She understands your tastes and needs. She is extremely patient and at the same time, she knows how to land a contract and close the deal—all executed with the right amount of sensitivity and push that is needed in today’s highly competitive market.
