This agency doesn’t run like a “local small town, neighborly real estate agency” as they claim, in particular Sarah Rosetto. They do not reach out to neighbors about potential changes or requests, just immediately jump to legal letters & turning in your property to the county for a very simple fix. They also don’t disclose full information about properties for sale, which can be easily acquired with a public request of information. Disappointed that people can smile to you face & wave in passing, but can’t make a simple professional phone call to address something trivial.
