All I can say is this was an absolute amazing stay. The staff, the facilities, everything. It was so pleasant and enjoyable. I would definitely recommend staying here. Located close to anything you would need like the grocery store, gas station or food. They have a great selection in the Vending machines and The staff is there to assist you literally 24/7. The owner of the inn& suites made sure I had the best experience of my life and my daughter. Which I cannot thank him enough for. We had such a wonderful time. Definitely staying there again.

We stayed for a quick weekend trip to the area. The communication of the staff was great from the start, confirming check-ins, providing info about the area, and very friendly on arrival. The place is well-maintained and clean although the room furnishings are outdated and could use some modern upgrades. The location is convenient near the center of town. Would definitely stay again if I needed to be in the area.

Fabulous staff who are all attentive. Room was clean and comfortable. It was quiet considering it is on a busy street. Decent breakfast and full vending machine. Beer and wine selection was a nice touch. We bought a chilled local Chardonnay that was exceptional. I’d stay again if ever in Willits.

I don’t usually write reviews, but Creekside Inn deserves the recognition. It’s a wonderful family-owned business with incredibly kind and welcoming owners. Our room was spotless, comfortable, and had everything we needed. Check-in was quick and easy, and the breakfast was the perfect start to our long drive home. We’ll definitely stay here again the next time we’re in the area. Highly recommend.

The day before our planned arrival, the hotel contacted us to see what time we were planning to check in and to see if we had any questions. We asked about local restaurants in a nearby city, and they gave three different suggestions. They didn’t disappoint!
When checking in, the staff was super friendly and helpful. He wouldn’t accept a tip (“it’s just what we do”).
Our room was initially hot, so we turned down the air and went to the pool and hot tub. That did the trick!
At breakfast, it was well-stocked by more friendly staff. Overall, great experience! Would recommend this place 100%!
