They do have a 24hr cancellation policy which is understandable but it also says that exceptions can be made for certain situations. I contacted them the morning of my reservation with a family emergency and asked if it was possible to not be charged due to the fact that my father was experiencing a health crisis and I was no longer going on my originally planned trip, and was heading straight home instead. The manager was not sympathetic to the situation at all. I have given them lots of business in the past by choosing them for the teams that I coach when traveling for sports, still no exception to be made. Very disappointed and will not be bringing my teams back.

I stay at this hotel for work, and my experiences have been a mix of good and bad. This visit, however, has been great. My room was clean, comfortable, and exactly what I hoped for. AP at the front desk was absolutely outstanding…friendly, professional, and genuinely helpful. He made check-in a breeze and provided exceptional customer service. Definitely a 10/10 experience on that front, and I highly recommend the hotel because of employees like him.
My one complaint is the room keys. They seem to stop working frequently. As AP jokingly advised, you might want to have the front desk rekey your room key every time you walk by on your way to your room. Thankfully, the staff is quick to help, but it would be nice if the keys were a bit more reliable.

Do not stay at this hotel! My room was horrible. Smelled terrible, like a chem lab. Stains all over the carpet, water all over the bathroom floor, clothes closet trash not emptied. I booked for two nights, didn’t even stay one. Hotel would not issue a refund due to their “Policy”. Avoid this hotel at all costs, especially room 111. I would give zero stars if I could.

This is an older hotel whose rooms have been refreshed in a manner that keeps it affordable. Freshly painted contemporary colors, fridge and microwave, and a very nice chair with ottoman allowed me to feel very comfortable. The young lady who checked me in was friendly and delightful. I am an older person who uses the bathroom frequently during the night and the door to the bathroom was extremely heavy and the light came on automatically each time I entered which made me become more awake and harder to return to sleep. I also would have liked instructions in the room on how to use the TV. The location is great and adjoins a parking lot with a Starbucks and Panda Express, making it so convenient. I would definitely stay here again if I’m in Ukiah.

Highly enjoyed our stay, 2nights and 3 days went very smoothly and quick. Room was very clean and inviting. Bed was super comfy and cozy. Shower and amenities were relaxing and the breakfast was super yummy with a-lot of options. All hotel staff that we encountered were very friendly and always had a welcoming smile.
Best part of this hotel which I like is after returning from a long day trip tired they didn’t felt like driving far to get our dinner done as there were many options just in front of the hotel which was just 1-2 min walking distance from the hotel lobby.
They had parking lot just in-front of the main entrance of the hotel. And the area was vey safe and quiet. The room includes microwave and small refrigerator, they also had ice machine on every floor just in-front of the elevator.
The hotel is very close to Walmart, Costco and if you go come out of the main entrance there are lot more stores like Dollar tree, Starbucks, Panda Express etc.
