Amazing agent. Knowledgeable about Lake and Mendocino counties, smooth transaction, helpful all around pleasure to work with. Highly recommend her to any buyer or seller.

As a first time buyer, Cheryl patiently walked me through the entire process; several times, on different properties. Her knowledge of the local area is top notch. She is very professional and polite when interacting with both the clients and other agents. Cheryl and her transaction team made the entire process seamless.

Cheryl is great, a skilled negotiator, vast connection in the community for all sort of contractors, inspectors and services is invaluable.
Combine all of that with her great care for her clients even after the transaction is done, makes her a great agent and great asset for whomever that needs to buy or sell a property.
Highly recommend!

Working with Cheryl was such a great experience. She was so knowledgeable and supportive throughout our whole journey as first time home buyers. Buying your first home can truly feel like such a daunting task but my husband and I are so grateful to her for sticking by us every step of the way and really going above and beyond to help us make our dreams happen. She has a kind heart and works so hard for you, I cannot recommend her enough.
