Let me start by saying that Cassie is the ultimate professional. She is knowledgeable, responsive, and listens to her clients. If you are looking for a property on the Mendonoma (Mendocino/Sonoma) coast, she is the only real estate agent you should contact. She is very committed to her work and very conscientious.

She also lives in the area and that is VERY important. She has relationships with local residents and keeps up to date on current events/developments. She often learns of properties before they are officially listed with MLS. She also has an extensive network of professionals in the trades. These relationships are extremely important when you need something inspected or work done.

We worked with her for over a year to find our ideal property. She was fun to work with and very patient. She actually helped make our search fun. She removed all stress from the process. She is accessible and her communication is top notch. I was most impressed with her emphasis on transparency and ethical business practices. She represented our interests at every turn. I’ve attached a photo of her diligently working on site during a home inspection.

We’ve purchased a few properties in our lifetime and do not have an ongoing relationship with any of our agents until now. Cassie has morphed from a stellar agent to a great friend.
