Food was not really good compared to other locations in the state. I was looking forward to a spicy chicken sandwich to be disappointed. oh well. at least it was fully cooked and wasn’t raw. the fries are always great. the service was fantastic and quick. and they got the order correct. thank you

Our server Cheyenne was fantastic. She was super nice, brought extra ketchup and napkins right to our table, and checked to make sure everything was good. The food was excellent—hot and fresh, and my burger tasted like it just came off the broiler. Customer service from everyone in the store was great, and Cheyenne really stood out. Super happy with the visit and can’t wait to come back!

There was no one in line. Still had to wait over 10 minutes. I asked before I paid will this take very long I’m in a hurry. Oh yes it’s almost done. Another ten minutes. When I got my whopper it was smashed. Sauces all over the bun, and a huge lettuce core. Never waste my time and or money there again. Burger King used to be my favorite but these kids making $25/hr are making crap.the lettuce core was obviously on purpose. Not cool, not friendly. Don’t waste your time or money.

Stopped for a bite after a memorial service. I had to use the restroom and was amazed how clean it was compared to other fast food places Ive seen. I ordered at the counter and did not have to wait at all. The lady that took my order was polite and very friendly. This was Lakeport BK. I will be back.

I am over this way every now and again for work, and if I need some food, I’ll take a break at this Burger King and grab some lunch. The biggest issue is the presentation of the burger, it commonly ‘thrown together’ with odd ends of tomato and lettuce falling off the side. There IS a way to build a burger so it stays together, and these often look like they were built, and then pressed downward for some reason. Overall atmosphere is decent, clean most of the time, and they almost always have seats available. They have decent sized restrooms and locks which work (which isn’t always the case). I will be back when lunch is needed, however it would be nice to have it appear that some care went into the creation of their burgers.
