Worst place to stay. I booked through hotels.com never expecting this place would be the worst hotel experience I have ever had. Neighbors were playing loud music and having arguments, the owner yelled at them to lower the volute and only made it worst. I called hotels.com but they only offered a small refund and expected the hotel owner to refund but they denied providing a refund despite the documented fact that is was impossible to sleep.

First off on the website it said there was a free cancellation if anything was to go wrong ( that indeed was not the case ) i arrived and the entire block was blocked by homeless people, crime, and cops racing out of nowhere with sirens on , people in wheelchairs, etc. secondly when we went to cancel they refused to help us and sent us to booking.com for a refund and completely ended the call on us long story later we called the hotel back and they were still refusing, talking over us on the phone completely disrespectful and to make it better the cancellation fee was 117 dollars and the price we put down for it was 119 we didn’t even step foot inside it was horrible i do not recommend to anyone and the crime rate was extremely high. This was our first trip to san francisco we will not be visiting this hotel ever again

Absolutely the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The location is in a really unpleasant and run-down area of the city, and the hotel itself was small, depressing, and completely unattended when we arrived — there wasn’t even a receptionist.
The room was disgusting. It was dirty, sticky, and clearly had not been properly cleaned. The window was broken, the bed was dirty, and the blankets were filthy, damaged, and completely worn out.
The overall condition of the room was unacceptable and made us feel extremely uncomfortable. We ended up leaving almost immediately and finding somewhere else to stay.
I strongly advise against staying here. One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had.

The room itself was ok. There was a tv, a microwave and a mini fridge. The bed was comfortable. There was 2 bars of soap by the sink which is next to the bed. The shower had hot water but no towels so I used my own towel. Toilet worked well. If I could close the window, I would have been fine with the room. The window was stuck open and there were idiots smoking cigarettes most of the night. I couldn’t sleep with all the cigarette smoke going into my roomn irritating my nose and throat . The worst experience I have had at a motel.

Don‘t book this hotel. It was awful. There were bugs all over the place and big blood stains on the walls. The sheets were not clean, it smelled like cigarettes, weed and piss. Also the surrounding is not safe at all! Don’t go there alone at night.
After we saw the room, we decided to leave immediately.
