The rooms where bad rust in the bathroom in the bath tub and sink. Carpet had holes in it. The furniture was old and needed replacement. No water bottles in the rooms for guest, ice machines broken. I feel what I paid for to stay should’ve been much better than I experience.

We were very pleased with our four nights visit. Staff and service were great. Bed was comfortable. We could faintly hear the traffic and airport noise but it certainly didn’t disturb our sleep. Honestly, it’s the airport hotel in the center of a major city. It was built in the 1960s or 70s but the decor and bathroom have been updated.

Shuttle from airport was quick, clean – no wait.
Got to our room and it smelt musty, and damp. Used bathroom and toilet paper was drenched, looked up and mushrooms were growing out of the ceiling wall and shower. Now understand why it smells. Tun has mushrooms that fell from ceiling as well. Black all over bathroom ceiling..ceiling bubbly – looks like it will cave in.
If it wasn’t so late I would have moved hotels. We got a new room 2 floors up. No odor and no water. Hopefully no spores follow us home.
We r to restaurant, we were rushed to order due to time and then no ody checked on us and we waited 15 minutes for our bill.
Have stayed at many Holiday Inn, nothing like this. Would not recommend.

Within a short drive to the beach or aquarium, this hotel had good service and a clean hotel room. We booked with the breakfast included which was a quaint but quite good breakfast that had real food items. Eggs and sausage and bacon with english muffins or bagels. Oatmeal on the side, sweet bread and other grabable snacks. Orange juice, coffee or milk. It was worth every penny. Waking up to breakfast before checkout is a great way to end a trip.

We stayed here for one night as we were going on a cruise. This hotel had a package to park your car there and then they have a shuttle to take you to and from the port.
Hotel is older but in good shape. Room was nice and clean. Bed was pretty uncomfortable. Restaurant was good.
The problem I had was with the shuttle. When we checked in we reserved a spot on the 9am shuttle to the port. We were told that when we returned to call the hotel and get a spot on the return shuttle. The shuttle back leaves the port at 9:30 and 11:30. Ok, no problem. The shuttle trip to the port was fine, got there with no problem. When we get back I call the hotel while still on the ship. I am told you can’t get a spot on the return shuttle as that is not how it works. I am supposed to call when we get off the ship and call them. They will pick us up whenever they have time, which could take hours. Well that’s not what I was told when we checked in. So we said screw it and took an uber. Tried to get ahold of management with no success. Filled out their survey too and asked for a call. No call. I have 2 more cruises coming up, this place won’t get my business now because of this. All they had to do was call me and address the issue.
