Never been to a service place before so I wasn’t really sure what to expect. Ended up with a service guy named Bryan who took the time to explain and work with me. Definitely recommend!

Ask for Oscar in service!
If you need to get your car serviced at Victory Cadillac in Petaluma, definitely ask for Oscar. He’s professional, honest, and just makes the whole process super easy. It’s hard to find a service advisor you can actually trust these days, but Oscar is the real deal. He took such good care of things that I almost didn’t mind paying for the oil change. Top-tier service all around—highly recommend!

Oscar Menendez was friendly and professional. He was able to get my service done quickly and made sure to let me know about the recommendations. I’ll always come back to see him specifically. Thank you Oscar!

I just want to say this place is amazing, they always take care of my cars with the highest attention to detail. Bryan is my go-to advisor and has always taken great care of our cars when my wife or I have any issues, big or small.
