Shoutout to Chuck, Lizeth, and the gentleman who came on the test drive. Called them in the morning to hold a vehicle for me and Chuck was extremely friendly on the phone. When I showed up, Chuck instantly greeted me and had the keys ready for the truck I was interested in. Inspecting the truck, it was immaculate, not because of the condition of it, but also because Good Guys Auto Sales did a great job cleaning the truck inside and out. Lizeth is a great and kind finance manager and is wonderful at explaining the financing process. Thank you to Good Guys Auto Sales for a quick and simple buy. I also appreciate your guys’ honesty and not lying to me and wasting my time on the phone like a Chevy dealership at Bellflower did. Definitely recommend Good Guys Sales!

Sam and Lizeth are seriously the best! They helped us throughout the entire process with both the car and the insurance and made everything so easy and stress-free. They were super helpful, patient, professional, and took the time to answer all of our questions. We felt really taken care of from beginning to end. Their customer service was amazing, and they genuinely went above and beyond to help us. I 100% recommend this place to anyone looking for a car and great service. Definitely ask for Sam and Lizeth they’re the best!

Good guys auto sale purchase was fast and easy going.
Pressure is always felt when buying a used vehicle but the willingness to work with you and help you out goes a long way and good guys relieved ample amounts of that stress.
Although my truck popped up with a few issues Sam didn’t hesitate to respond right away and have me come and get the issues fixed very fast and free of charge.
I’m very appreciative and thankful. hopefully will be returning to buy from them in the future.

I had an outstanding experience at Good Guys Auto Sales purchasing my 2015 Chevy Silverado. The truck was extremely clean cosmetically, had low miles, and was exactly what I was looking for. Mazen (Sam) and the entire staff were professional, friendly, and easy to work with from start to finish.
What really stood out to me was how flexible and accommodating they were during the negotiation and contract process. They worked with me fairly, answered all my questions, and made the entire experience stress-free. I went in the same day and drove the truck off the lot completely satisfied.
Great staff, great service, and a smooth buying experience overall. Thank you again, Sam and the team at Good Guys Auto Sales!
