San Diego Auto House should be the gold standard for all dealerships.

Ahsan was super easy to work with, very personable, constantly communicated from beginning to end (and even after the “end”), goes above and beyond, making sure his clients are well taken care of, even if you’re an out-of-state buyer like I was, and most importantly, he’s straightforward and honest.

He has this “I wouldn’t sell it if it isn’t something I would buy for myself” mentality which simply means he only sells quality vehicles. Obviously, you have to understand he sells used cars and anything can break at anytime but I believe Ahsan does his due diligence when buying the cars he sells and spends the time and money making sure he corrects / fixes anything he can to the best of his ability.

I asked a few questions about the vehicle, to which he was fully transparent and patient in answering (even FaceTime me, showed all the imperfections, even ones I wouldn’t notice), prepared and signed the paperwork. He even arranged the shipping from San Diego to Seattle. At no point did I feel any pressure from him and in fact, talking with him felt like I was catching up with an old friend.

This was the easiest car buying transaction I’ve had and even if I live far away from his dealership, best know I would absolutely buy from him again.
