I have six teslas listed on Turo and although I love the cars I hate getting them serviced. You would think that with a labor rate of $275/hr which is the highest in the industry they would have no shortage of mechanics. You would be wrong. The wait time for an appointment is usually 1-2 months. One time I asked for new wipers and the “mechanic” swapped the two old ones even though they are different sizes! Another time I told them I had a blown speaker and they charged me more for the diagnostic to tell me I had a blown speaker than the speaker actually cost! They said they couldn’t take my word for it. Whenever possible I buy the part from Tesla and have the service done elsewhere. The only exception is with the control arms which Tesla doesn’t charge labor for because they admitted the design flaw. One time I complained about their price gouging and the Tesla employees response was that Mercedes was worse. That isn’t a defense.

Went to the Tesla service center for the first time here in Santa Rosa. The advisors were pretty helpful and knowledgeable. The customer waiting room was very clean and comfortable. They have a coffee bar with snacks. 2 very clean restrooms. There is a TV in the lounge giving you information on all the Tesla products and services. The show room is connected to the lounge. So if you feel like checking out the new and latest or even just go for a test drive in their new cars. You are encouraged to do so. Overall the service went well and it was a good experience waiting in their lounge.

I worked with a gentleman named Destin. We had some text conversation and when I showed up, he offered to let me demo Whatever car I wanted, including the cyber truck and said you can take it all afternoon if you would like. Made my daughter’s day. They were very diligent and responsive and made the purchase of a new car very fun. Couldn’t be happier with my 2025 model three. I would recommend this dealer and their vehicles to anyone!
