We got carne asada tacos their meat was un seasoned and we didn’t like any of their chilies they tastes like a menudo mix. The cashier was super sweet so she gets the 3. There is alot of homeless in area so for a lady makes you nervous.
Flavorful carne asada burrito and al pastor taco. The orange sauce and the spicy salsa were my favorite sauces. A bit of a wait to order though. Took maybe 25 minutes to get in and out on a weekday night. This place has much more soul than chipotle though
My sister who lives in Mexico City know for having the best tacos in the world came to visit our ailing father stumbled upon this spot down the street from the hospital. Needless to say the food is so good we’ve been there going on 3 days in a row.
Today May 7th makes 4 days in a row….why waste your money at the drive thru on a cold dry burger meal when for less you can get a daily special at Eduardos thats enough literally to feed two people! And the freshness of the food is unmatched…
Serves some of the best carnitas I have ever had – crispy on the outside, soft on the inside any tasty. And serve generous portions in their buritos. Clean indoor & outdoor seating and there’s a panking lot. Overall, better than going to the taco truck.
Taqueria Eduardo is a authentic tasting Mexican place in San Jose. Don’t be put off by the rather gruff looking exterior, the food makes up for the atmosphere. One could tell by the other clientele eating there that this is a legit Mexican restaurant. I ordered three tacos of different flavors, while my friend ordered a fajita plate – which I will say was huge. The interior, while definitely low frills, was clean. Service was fast food-esque, but polite. They have a salsa bar where one may choose freely the type of salsa they want and the spiciness. If you are in search of some authentic Mexican street style cuisine, then you have to try Eduardos.
