Genuinely would NOT recommend this place unless they make some serious changes to their customer service.
My family and I walked in and weren’t even acknowledged. No greeting, no eye contact, nothing. Even when my parents tried asking questions, the staff barely engaged with them. Only muttered words. It felt like we were bothering them just by being there.
You ever talk to someone and they’re staring at the floor? Mind you, three people were in the counter.
We requested cups of ice water that never arrived. Asked for plates and were told they only had boxes, until we asked again and suddenly plates were available.
We also paid for nachos that came out visibly overcooked. When we asked for a replacement, the staff initially insisted that’s how they’re supposed to be. Yet the replacement came out looking completely different. Apparently not.
What bothers me most is that none of these issues should have happened in the first place. We’re not asking for special treatment. We’re paying customers expecting basic courtesy and decent service.
If management wants people to come back, they seriously need to address how their staff treats customers. Until then, I wouldn’t recommend spending your money here. There are plenty of restaurants that actually make their customers feel welcome.
By Far, the best Nachos I’ve ever had . From here on out, im getting the surf and turf nachos with extra meat and extra cheese. The flavors are unmatched. Next im trying the lobster and shrimp tacos.
Found this place on accident because of a picture of their quesabirria tacos. It is the kind of good comfort food you get when you go home to see a favorite auntie. The grilled onions and jalapeño were delicious. I got some to go to snack on
Why does it look so good and just taste meh? Birria w cheese was okay. Chicken was awful, bland and saw zero time on the grill it had no color beyond yellow orange. Steak was also mid. And it was pricey. $18 for 3 tacos + agua de jamaica and it was 1/2 L not full liter. Counter girl was not welcoming to me or anyone that came in after me. I also wish she would wipe the tables. I saw 3 tables with food on them and never got wiped. She played on her phone instead. Sorry but it’s true.
