The tacos de birria was still very good. Although in the post it was better. In the post the tortilla was more fried and crunchy. Now it is more soggy. The consume was better in the post also with the beef flavor and fat coming through stronger. It was a thicker and more fatty consume in the past. Now it is more lighter more like a side soup. They had chili oil on the side which gave it more if a spicy pop. I recommend trying it with the chili oil if you like spice. I also got a small raw chili to make it even spicier. I like spicy if you couldn’t tell. The raw chili had a nice flavor. Smokey and not super spicy like a habenero. In general the still have the best birria taco around. I will still come here for birria when the craving hits. The service is great. The lady behind the counter is super friendly and full of energy. I like her vibe a lot. I hope i run into her again. The aqua fresca melon was okay. Nothing to write home about. In general the food is good and service is excellent. And I love that they have spice options.

Tacos De Birria Estilo Guadalajara is a place tongo. I had a little bit of everything. I had some quesa tacos, tacos de camarón, taco de chorizo, fish ceviche, and the birria platter. My personal favorites were the tacos de camarón. The camarones were grilled and well seasoned. Love the tortillas dipped in birria consomé. The birria platter was also great because of how much birria they serve you. They hook it up. I’m surprised it was my first time going there. They have been there for 5 years; I’m surprised I’ve never been there. They are in the back of the church. It’s secluded. Their address is 23802 Ave De La Carlota, Laguna Hills, CA 92653

I hadn’t had tacos with a consume before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but wow was it good. The queso taco is very good with a bunch of cheese on the inside and almost fried tortillas. So good. I had the regular birria and chorizo for the queso one. Will definitely be back. Also it’s in the back/courtyard of a church kinda by a daycare playground so it might be hard to find the driveway.

This spot is a hidden gem! The outdoor seating under the red umbrellas is perfect for relaxing and enjoying some great food. The service is quick and friendly, and the atmosphere has that welcoming, casual vibe.
The tacos here are a must-try — the birria tacos are full of flavor and cooked to perfection, and the chicken tacos are just as amazing, juicy, and seasoned just right. You can tell they put real care into the food.
