Do not order the new fajita mini chalupas…they were AWFUL. They tasted as though the shells were deep-fried three or four days beforehand. They were tough and then chewy. So hard/bad that everything squished out of the inside when you’re just trying to gnaw off a bite.
Let alone the fact that I would not recommend these for grab and go if you are driving. Waaay too messy.
Then at least I thought I could eat the burrito in the box. It was just a Cheesy bean and rice. The pinto beans were runny and if I was a betting man I would say the rice had been mixed into the beans aheadof time. There was nothing separate about them. You couldnt distinguish that they were actually two different items. Again. Hard tortillas too. The pics speak for themselves.

Horrible service this isn’t a cantina chicken bowl where the beans and the chicken? I walked in and the manger saw me didn’t acknowledge me had me stand there for 5 mins and her employee in the back with her head down ignoring me. I explain I would want my refund because there isn’t chicken or beans and she is sure that’s how is supposed to be I said no I disagree. At the she gave us our refund.

Not only am I hesitant to stop at random fast food on the highway but we rarely eat fast food.
We decided to grab a quick bite while our car charged.
The place was super clean, especially THE KITCHEN!
The kitchen is the first place I look while ordering and everything was spotless and shining LITERALLY.
The nicest most helpful employees were working as well!
I have worked in the food industry for almost a decade and I would happily have these ladies as my crew!

What a disaster! Every trash can was overflowing, including the bathrooms that have signs reading “checked every 30 minutes.” The tables were a mess with stuck on food so they hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Every employee was hiding in the kitchen or in back office.
With all hands helping in the back you would expect prompt and correct food. Nope!
Food was slow, the quesadillas was cut at the oddest angles and not one cut went all the way through. At least there was plastic knives so we could do their job for them!
When I addressed it to the manager I was treated as though the I was an inconvenience and we didn’t matter. I told them I was stepping out to walk the dog, an employee scoffed when he thought it was expected for him to give me the food that they messed up in the first place.

Stopped for a quick bite on the way home. Ordered a Steak Grilled Cheese, asked if there was anything spicy in it. He said he has chipotle but it is not spicy. I said ok, can I have extra sour cream. He charged me $0.90 for the extra sour cream. Pretty sure I didn’t get any sour cream. My husband ordered a burrito supreme with no sour cream, he got sour cream. He got a new burrito but it wasn’t a burrito supreme with no sour cream. Who knows what it actually was. I got a new burrito with no chipotle, wish they actually cooked it. To top it off the guy was rude about all of it. Cross this Taco Bell off the list.
