I enjoyed myself at this location staff were very friendly and always checks up from time to time. Waiter is the most awesome staff. Highly recommend for breakfast place that serves fast. No long wait times.

Stacks in Morgan Hill was a solid breakfast stop overall. The standout for us was definitely the lemon ricotta raspberry pancakes. Super soft, slightly tangy, and balanced really well with the raspberry flavor without becoming overly sweet.
I also decided to be bold and try the Roadhouse Chili Omelette which was definitely different from my usual breakfast order. It was decent, but I do think the chili could’ve had a little more depth and seasoning. Same with the turkey bacon, good texture, just needed a bit more flavor. We also ordered a basic breakfast with eggs, sausage, and potatoes which was simple and satisfying.
Overall, a good casual breakfast spot with a big menu and some really unique pancake options worth trying.

We had a larger party on a Monday morning to celebrate a birthday. The weather was ideal enabling us to sit outside on the patio. They were able to accommodate our large party of eight. The server did a great job staying on top of making sure our needs were met. Our food came out promptly. We had waffles, a couple orders of breakfast tacos with chorizo, a pesto omelette, a protein smoothie and the seafood benedict. Everything was excellent.

Restaurant provided a great atmosphere and service a little harried on a Saturday morning Ordered the Chili Omelette but they have a option to cook as a frittata. In reality it wasn’t a frittata just a slight browned omelette served flat in a skillet bowl with all the topping put on top, not mixed with the ingredients like a frittata should. Other dishes at my table looked good and were well received.

We’ve been to this Stacks location a couple of times now and overall have had a good experience. We really enjoy that they serve fresh orange juice, and their waffles and omelettes are consistently good.
On our most recent visit, the French toast was a bit disappointing; the bread wasn’t as soft as expected and felt a little dry. Service is generally quick, but once it gets busy it can be hard to flag down your server. We did have to wait a bit for the check and takeout boxes.
Overall, the food is good and we’d still come back, especially for breakfast favorites like the almond waffle and green / veggie omelettes.
