Wes came out at payout and said my car wasn’t washed because it had mold with no more information about where the mold is and when I asked him how to fix this he replied call around to car detailing places. Extremely flippant! No eye contact. Just getting my money. Absolutely nothing in the report that was provided about mold. This is the 4th and last car l will ever buy from this place and I will not put up with these shanagans. And you used my wrong last name

Katelynn in the service department was amazing. She was kind, patient and ensured that everything went smooth. She went above and beyond ensuring my keys batteries were both replaced and assisted in communication regarding replacing my tires. Katelynn was awesome!

I want to say my experience was great. They are the first Volvo Dealer that has been so honest with me. Walnut Creek Volvo lied to me and would no fix some work they did and didn’t tell me work had a life time warranty. But Smothers Volvo told me it had a warranty. But also said they would fix it once i got paperwork from Walnut Creek Volvo that did louse work, didn’t tell me it had life time warranty and was very rude. Smothers Volvo is the best and very honest to me.
