The car was horrible. It smell of puke and it run bad. It had 207474 miles on it. The interior was awful it burn holes everywhere food stains. The check engine light came on, the tire light was already on. I can go on and on about how horrible the car was. Then they took my deposit. Don’t waste your money or time with the rental place.

Spent $466 a janky 2015 Dodge caravan. Be aware of the quality of these vehicles. Vehicle is given to you dirty on the outside. Left directional is not working a fuse or something. Air going into the car while all doors and windows are closed. Seatbelt light keeps coming on and beeping overall do yourself a favor and don’t risk your life.
The front desk two different experiences . Female attendant is efficient but forgets that she still works in customer service she comes across as rude as she is doing me a favor by answering a few questions.
Male tall guy happy to be there helpful and was able to handle a lot of customers at once as we all decided to return the rental together. Good job

let me tell you about my experience with Smith’s rentals today. I walked in. I was greeted by a young man named Jesus and let me just tell you about Jesus first. This is the type of interaction that anyone could hope for. When trying to rent a car… Jesus Was very professional and personable He had a very good attitude And he did not waste a minute of my time I really appreciate that He took my insurance policy my payment Drivers license Input it into his system, grabbed a key I was Driving off the lot within 20 Minutes. No headaches No Hassles. 10 out of 10 recommend Smiths Rentals. Now It was very fairly priced to rent a car for one week I think it cost me 335. For a mid size vehicle, The car is very clean, And in very good condition, I paid a $200 deposit which is more than fair. Yay Smith’s rental thank you.

Rented a car with the intention of driving to LA. They rented me a car that had a donut tire instead of a regular one. Then as I was crossing the Richmond Bridge the tire pressure light came on. I called them on they promised me I was good to travel to LA. Suffice it to say I of course did not attempt the trip. But I did keep the rental for the 2 days I paid for. Given all that they still had the audacity to charge me full price plus an extra day because EVEN THOUGH I WAS TOLD I COULD COME BACK AT 4:30, the rep there (who also didn’t know what a spare tire was) said I was supposed to come back at 11:30am.
