After 10 years of sketchy mgr assistance we finally have 2 caring, knowledgeable and professional people to be able to rely on. Russell and Alyssa are top notch in my book. After a recent neighborhood emergency Alyssa actually came and sat with me and later both returned to check on me. They have proven that they are totally invested in the welfare of the people and property.

I’ve worked with several property managers at Royal Crest, and none have cared as deeply as Angela Ohl-Tatom. She goes above and beyond for the residents, especially the elderly, and truly looks out for their well-being. Angela is professional, honest, and consistently does what’s right. It’s been a pleasure working with her, and Royal Crest is lucky to her.

We have lived here in Royal Crest for over 7 years. Our neighbors are thoughtful and respectful and have been a joy. Cheryl and Jack are excellent managers. We have seen welcome improvements in the entire park. Newly paved streets, weed control, a beautiful refurbished club house that we all utilize and appreciate. Cheryl is always available to answer questions, help with problems or troubleshooting, she writes a monthly news letter to keep us updated, plus she arranges for community activities. When local services were interrupted in our city, she made sure that the residents had access to warm beverages and a warm place to congregate or charge devices. My mother enjoys the library in the clubhouse and is a fairly frequent visitor.
It’s a comfortable place to call home and we are grateful for our diligent and hard working managers.
