Out with the old in with the new tweekers….. And rent went up three hundred dollars. I changed the little mud hole of a yard here into a tiny oasis. He said to me ohh the only place with a patio. A couple months later I get a notice that the rent is going up three hundred dollars….

I’ve known of this place for more than ten years and seems more like a low income painten(?) Place but the owner is concientiouse (?) Of his tenants needs . It has it’s rustic “out in the country freedoms” and certain times of the year , a very beautiful place like no other around the lake .
