Ryan found our sump pump no longer worked. He replaced it and so far it works fine. It took 3 days to get pump (weekend). He was very professional and friendly and got the job done quickly once he had the new pump.

Ryan was very helpful and professional. He quickly assessed the problem and came back the following day with the part to fix it.

I found Rotor Rooters technician Ryan S. extremely professional and friendly. He was on time, explain everything he was going do, went straight to work pumping out our sewer system and cleaned up after himself.
