Had them install a clean out. I dug it all up and exposed pipe. Then, lakeport city came and installed a clean out 10 feet away. After ben said we had to have the clean out to get to the roots. Cause the city had no clean out on thier side. Prices was also not reduced after I had dug out the main pipe. Installer said the was a communication error on the price. Will not be using them again.

The technician was scheduled for tomorrow morning but got done earlier than expected at his other job. He called and was able to come today, just hours from my initial phone call. He was very polite and tried the inexpensive solutions first. It turned out that he was able to fix the problem in about an hour, and it cost less than I thought it would. I’m grateful! This is the second time Devin came out to help us and he was great both times. Friendly, timely and quickly identified and fixed the problem. The review is based on price. $436 for a pipe fix is very pricey. But their quality of work is great. The plumber who came was very knowledable and did not mind teaching and explaining everything. And very nice guy great customer service That made up a lot for the steep price. I’d use them in an emergency mostly as they are the quickest ones you can book and you know you are getting professional. But they are at the top of the price scale for sure.

Pedro was outstanding from start to finish. He arrived on time, was professional, courteous, and took the time to explain everything before starting the work. He diagnosed the problem quickly, completed the repair efficiently, and left the area clean when he was finished.
