May have been understaffed for a Taco Tuesday so service was slow. However, food was great & the setting was fantastic. Would definitely recommend. Reservations recommended.

Thursday evening happy hour became moderately busy; arriving early was beneficial.
Tried the Happy Hour recommendations: Chile colorado burrito with Cilantro rice and beans. The cilantro rice is the preferred choice over refried beans for a unique selection. The Chile Colorado burrito comes wet and has lots of tender meat chunks. The Chile Colorado Platter is also good for Thursday Happy Hour choices.
Servers were professional, fast and attentive to drinks and requests. The atmosphere is nice outdoors in the summer with a waterfall stream. It has been a season since I was outdoors here, so I appreciated the water feature. The cost for 2 with a couple of drinks was around $80, pretty standard cost for the OC.
Before sunset, the patio can get buggy; a fan would go a long way to keep the insects away.

Great atmosphere. The shrimp cocktail is a meal. Food good, staff friendly and attentive.

Wow! To my great mistake, I haven’t been here before after decades of driving the canyon roads and never stopping. So I put an end to that now, because I’ve just found the best Mexican restaurant ever! Kicking myself for never turning in, to check I it out before. This will be my go to place for Mex now! Worth driving the 30 minutes to come here, from now on!!

Came here with Harley Friend’s on morning ride….
Rose Canyon has a great feel about it. It’s very clean and very inviting.
Can’t go wrong sitting outside at the patio.
Inside is just as nice and plenty of seats inside and out.
Place a has a great following.
Mariam our server was accomdating with our order. The help overlapped each other with service.
Making sure our drinks were full and chips were filled.
The food came out tasty and nicely presented.
We will be back again, enjoyed our time
