Still a great place for pupusas and tamale. The pupusa comes with curtido as well as a nice red sauce. We also got tacos tripas, crisp texture. Service was nice and efficient.

I’ve been looking all around the South Bay for a good burrito, and until now the closest one I liked was on Castro St, but I recently found this and was very positively surprised. The carne asada is cooked well and flavorful. Many options including pupusas.

I did takeout with this place and the food was pretty good. The Papusas were big and nice, the portions were large and tasty. The best item for me was the fried bananas and cream.

Excellent authentic Mexican/Salvadoran food with super fresh tortillas and carefully put together plates and traditional items. Highly recommended local spot for real Mexican food in a laid back and casual environment.
We were initially skeptical from the outside because it’s tucked into a small shopping outlet and a little hard to find. However, with most Taquerias- looks are deceiving! This was an excellent stop with super friendly staff, amazing food, and just a good local vibe.
They have outdoor seating, a few tables inside, they have beer, restrooms, and you pay at the counter with cash or credit card. Definitely worth the stop here!
