Excellent beer paired with outstanding customer service from K8 and Jon. If you’re in the area—or making that epic drive along the PCH—I highly recommend stopping by. The atmosphere, drinks, and hospitality make it well worth the visit. You won’t regret it!

First off, my partner and I love beer. Redwood Curtain has great brews! So so good. Also, South G Kitchen has great food. I would whole heartedly recommend it to anyone.
That being said, I can’t give it 5 stars for the lack of a dog friendly patio. We come to Arcata often and always travel with our two small pups. So, it makes it hard for us to go to Redwood Curtain. We end up going to other local breweries because of their dog friendly patios. Please consider allowing well behaved, leashed dogs on your patio so we can visit you more often!

Great spot we found traveling up the coast. Had plenty of beer options and a permanent food truck on site.
Got a couple of beers to try and liked them all. Both sets of tacos we ate were great too.
Definitely go if you need a place to stop.

You can get a sampler tray of 10, which gives a good variety. Good prices across the board.
This is the place where you relax after a long day at work.
Happy hour through the whole week, among other events.
This is the place the whole town goes to relax and have a good drink.
For food, they had a smash burger that used wagyu beef and Parmesan black garlic fries. Food is what you would expect at a tap house. Simple and quick.
