She was incredibly knowledgeable, took the time to answer my questions, and made what could have been a stressful appointment feel easy and comfortable.

Melissa was a pleasure to work with! I tried to book an appointment online, but she didn’t have availability for a same day appointment. I decided to send a text just in case she could squeeze us in and she responded immediately! We were able to meet her at her home office within the hour to get our document notarized. On top of being extremely accommodating, she was also knowledgable about the type of document we were notarizing. This was our second attempt at getting this document notarized because the first notary public did it incorrectly. After that experience, it was refreshing to work with someone so professional and detail oriented, as she reminded us a notary public must be! Melissa’s rates are very reasonable and she is a genuinely nice person. I would highly recommend her services to anyone looking for a notary public!
