Absolutely stellar service all around. Very friendly and professional. Only affordable last minute courier service in town.

If you are looking for a service to return an item using a QR code, I do not recommend this place ,even though the website claims they offer this service, they actually don’t. In short, make sure to call ahead and confirm they have what you need before going. I am sharing this because I had a bad experience perhaps others won’t, and that’s fine but for me, it won’t be an option. Thanks.

Great local place in town with parking. Nice service, treated like family members. Easy to work with and handle all shipping needs with local products.

These folks have been incredible! We moved up here October 2023 and it was immediately obvious we’d end up with mail theft issues at our apartment due to location and layout.
A traditional postal box has a lot of issues- this private style looks like a residential address and I’ve had *zero* issues getting everything mailed to this location aside from FedEx screwing up.
I am terrible at leaving gifts to the last minute and I appreciate being able to grab little bits and bobs like candles or local products easily to ship out at competitive rates.
The rate is affordable and adding another person on the account is easy.

Eureka Pack & Ship made things so convenient! I was able to drop off client documents for UPS without having to drive across town. I was greeted with a friendly smile and received quick, efficient service. I really appreciate the emailed receipt option, it makes it so much easier to keep track of important packages and ensure they arrive safely at their destination. Highly recommend!
